Story
Nestled in Bushmans River Mouth in the Eastern Cape, our little family of 3 is centered around our joyful boy, Robin who has 7q11.23 duplication. Whether he is bouncing on the trampoline, enjoying a swim, or watching his favorite show Barney, Robin brings light to everyone around him, especially his devoted big brother.
Over the years, we have navigated a complex developmental and medical path with Robin
Sleep & Healing
After early struggles with silent reflux and disrupted sleep, a combination of specialized medical care, kinesiology, and homeopathic remedies has helped Robin finally achieve peaceful sleep most nights.
Movement & Therapy
Diagnosed with hypermobility, early physio helped Robin walk by two years old. He continues to grow through ongoing OT and speech therapy, sharing his needs through joyful babbling, hand-guiding, and emerging words.
Our Next Chapter
Robin is a wonderfully happy boy, and we are currently working through the potty training stage. We always welcome warm advice and shared experiences from other parents who have walked a similar road!
